Aam ka Achar (Mango Pickle)
Our signature pickle, made exactly the way Nani made it every summer. Raw mangoes are hand-cut, sun-dried and layered with roasted fenugreek, fennel, nigella and red chilli in cold-pressed mustard oil. Matured in ceramic barnis for 20 days before packing.

Store in a cool, dry place. Always use a dry spoon. Refrigeration not required.
